EB-1 Coaching Service: Your Extraordinary Ability Green Card Roadmap

Our Three-Part Comprehensive EB-1 Coaching Program
We offer a structured, three-part program to guide you through the process of obtaining the EB-1 Extraordinary Ability Green Card. This service is designed for individuals who have demonstrated a level of expertise placing them at the very top of their field.
Part 1: EB-1 Coaching & Evidence Preparation

This initial stage of the program focuses on setting up your case for success, following a similar structure to our O-1 coaching, but tailored for the permanent residency criteria.

This is the coaching stage. This stage provides a personalized roadmap and up to one year of expert feedback and guidance on gathering the requisite evidence. We will meet with you once per month to review documentation and ensure you are strategically building a compelling evidentiary record that meets the demanding standards for the EB-1 category.

Part 2: Petition Drafting and Filing (I-140)

Once you have successfully gathered all necessary documentation as determined in Part 1, we move to the formal filing stage of the immigrant petition.

This is the Petition Drafting and Filing of your I-140. This stage encompasses drafting letters of support and a legal brief, organizing supporting evidence, and submitting your case to USCIS.

Part 3: Adjustment of Status (AOS) or Consular Processing
The final stage to secure your Green Card, which varies depending on whether you are in the U.S. or abroad.

This is the Adjustment of Status (AOS) or Immigrant Visa Consular Processing (IVCP) abroad.
