As a recognized expert in her field, Frances has served on the AILA Liaison Committee with the U.S. State Department and co-authored key chapters in "The Visa Processing Guide."

Mr. Thakkar brings a unique personal perspective to his practice as the son of East Indian immigrants, combined with over 30 years of experience in U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. He represents both public and private companies in I-9 compliance and employment matters, while also advocating for individuals in complex cases. His expertise covers family-based residency, waivers, and citizenship applications involving criminal law crossover issues.
