O-1B Legal Coaching Service: Visa Evidence Strategy for Talented Artists

Tattoo Artist in Parlour

Your Strategic Path to O-1 Visa Documentation

We frequently encounter talented artists who seek guidance in gathering the necessary evidence to qualify for the O-1 visa. Many of these individuals require assistance in securing additional credits, enhancing their press coverage, and verifying that they are engaged in the appropriate circumstances, among various other considerations.

To facilitate this process, we offer the opportunity to retain our services for feedback and advice regarding the documentation acquired. We will maintain monthly communication for a period of up to one year to monitor your progress, review any new documents obtained during that month, and address any inquiries you may have.

Should you require further support, it is possible to extend your legal coaching for an additional six or twelve months.

Seamless Transition to Petition Drafting

Once we have determined that you have collected sufficient documentation for approval, we will advance to the subsequent stage, which encompasses drafting letters of support and a legal brief, organizing supporting evidence, obtaining union opinions, and submitting your case to USCIS. Please be advised that this stage will incur an additional fee.
